This is going to be a rather large, multi-part update, so bear with me.

Blog

As you may have noticed, the old Wordpress powered blog is now gone. Because I'm using Drupal to manage my site, I figured I'd transition my blog posts over as well. One thing that was holding me back was a lack of support for categories using MarsEdit, but after much digging around, I found a post on Drupal's site referring to a patch to Drupal that would allow me to actually use categories I had previously set up in the system to post. Tags are another issue entirely, but due to the modular nature of Drupal, I was able to find an add on module that would parse out tags from the post body in and of itself.

The old blog, if you still want to re-live the memories, is located at http://archiveblog.bluewavedigital.net, and should be accessible.

Bluewave Podcast Generator

Boy am I glad I moved the SVN repository over to Google Code. The machine I was using to host the project here died a horrible death, so I've had to move issue tracking to Google Code as well. In the next few days, I'll update the actual project page on this site to reflect the changes. The project page will be the main source of news for the project, but all code and issue tracking will be at the Google Code page.

The site itself

In true web design format, I've decided to build out the content of the site first and worry about the design later. Over the course of this weekend, expect the visuals to change on the site as I teach myself how to make a Drupal theme. It'll be exciting.
